we, us, our means MyRola
SITE/platform means MyRola online platform http://www.myrola.com with its associated functionalities and directly associated MYROLA sites.
BUYER means someone requesting the workers search or workers or work quote from MyRola company with or without construction and other materials, equipment and tools.
SELLER/MEMBER means someone offering engineering and/or architectural and other work or professional professional services through MyRola internet site and is or is not employed by MyRola
General Terms:
MyRola is the sole permanent or temporary employer of its own workers in any country and jurisdiction.
MyRola provides legal and practical work and payment framework for short-term (30-90 days max.) and long-term work for its members in any country and jurisdiction for agreed nominal fee.
MyRola acts as the independent contractor company in roles of construction or other contractor, subcontractor and other outside vendor in any area of work.
Financial Terms:
MyRola is paid by the Buyer upon acceptance of MyRola quote/tender including online and via WhatsApp, Viber, SMS, and other plarforms.
MyRola pays its own employees and taxes according to law.

** in EU (European Union) prices counted in Euros, in all other jurisdictions in USA Dollars. In case of dispute, larger sum prevails. For this purpose only calculate: $1 = US$1 = E1 = EUR1 = Euro1 (pertains also to all MyRola related official SMS, Viber, Whattsup, Skype, and similar.
Our worker comes to your company immediately for trial as tourist/trainee, scout, intern, and works up to 90 (ninety) days or more days depending on our program (A, B, C, D) and in compliance to laws and regulations in your country and jurisdiction.

A) Myrola and Client Contract:

The Contract is made between :

Article1-Obligations of the Contractor:
1.1. At the signing of the Contract the Contractor shall first pay the Client the sum of eur _______ (per month, in further text "the Remittance1") for allowing the Contractor to place his own observers as trainees and as scouts (in further text, "the Scout") at the premises (in further text "the Premises") of the Client in order to provide the practical training for the Scout. The Scout can intermittently and occasionaly and up to three (3) hours per day use the tools and materials belonging to the Client to gain the training and experience necessary. The Scout can spend on the Premises of the Client maximum three (3) months continously or cimulatively within twelve (12) months period.
1.2. The Remitance1 is calculated as fifteen percent (15%) of the current official gross minimum wage of the country where the Service has occured multiplied by the number of the Scouts involved during that particular month, one Scout minimum, 220 hours per person maximum.
Article2-Obligations of the Client:
2.1. The Client is oblidged to pay the sum of eur _________ (per month, in further text "the Remittance2") to the Contractor for the value of the service (in further text "the Service") if and in the case the Sevice with value is created during the practical training of the Scout.
2.2. The Remittance2 in reference to the above mentioned circumstances, the gross value of the Service is calculated based on the two times (2x) the current official gross minimum wage of the country where the Service has occured multiplied by the number of the Scouts involved during that particular month, one Scout minimum, 220 hours per person maximum.
Article3-The transactions:
3.1. The Contractor pays the Remittance1 to the Client every month, on the 10th day of the each month at the latest.
3.2. The Client pays the Remittance2 to the Contractor every month, on the 10th day of the each month at the latest.
3.3. The Parties send monthly bills and /or Invoice each month, with the provision "repetitive" in some cases and jurisdictions.
3.4. All payments are done online throught bank accounts.
Article4-Duration:
The Contract is valid for one (1) year and is renewed automatically each year unless either and any of the Parties requests cancellation, at least thirty (30) days in advance.
Article5-Other conditions:
5.1. All communication between the Parties is done in writing, electronically using e-mail, WhatApp, Viber, Skype, and similar platforms.
5.2. The Contractor is oblidged to follow the prevailing local confidentiality clause widely accepted, and to dilligently guard and protect the Client transmitted trade secrets and related intelectual and material property.
5.3. Any additions to the Contract regulating the accomodation renting, local transport, and similar if necessary can and shall be regulated at the later date through Addenda to the Contract, and henceforth represent part of the Contract.
5.4. In case of dispute between the Parties the first instance of resolution is the Commercial Court where the Scout practical training is done.
5.5. The contract is signed and sent electronically by both of the Parties, and is valid and legally binding as signed and notorized in person.
The Contract starts with the date both of the Parties signed the Contract, which ever date is the latest.

B) Myrola and Scout Contract:
MYROLA - Scout Agreement
Made between :
1. ________ (name, passport, ID number) in fiutrher text "Scout" (write-in and/or send),
and
2. MYROLA_ https://www.Myrola.com (address, country), in further text "Agent" (write-in and/or send).
Jointly Scout and Agent, in further text "Parties".
Article 1 - Agent obligations:
1.1. The Agent shall find the work related practical training environment with own client (in further text "Client") for the Scout to act as a trainee and someone who can observe and learn the pertinent work process at Client's premises.
1.2. The Agent shall arrange in conjunction with the Client the accomodation, local tranaportation, uniforms, tools, and materials needed for the Scout training.
1.3. The successful Scout shall be reimbursed for his observation/training and reservation time on escrow/borrow basis to be repaid in installments to the Agent if the Scout finds and starts permanent or temporary work with the Client.
1.4. The amount of Scout reimbursement is typically minimum one-halph (1/2) of the current minimum wage in any country and/or jurisdiction.
Article 2 - Scout obligations :
2.1. The Scout can not/not spend obsrving and training at the Client's premises more than three (3) hours per day, three (3) days per week, and three (3) months within twelve (12) months, the agregat always to be cimulatively less than maximum allowed for such activity in any local jurisdiction, Scout checks with the Client for comliance assurance on daily basis.
Article 3 - General conditions:
3.1. All communication between the Parties is in writings by electronic means, such as email, WhatApp, Viber, and similar platforms.
3.2. For all disputes the first instance is the local Commercial Court where the scouting activity took place.
3.3. The contract is electronically signed by both Parties, and is legally binding equal to signed and notorized in person.

*the "Practical Training" is the procedure widely accepted in USA and other jurisdictions, emulated and inspired by organizations supported by US Government such as Education USA, International Academic Center and others we cooperated with in the past.
Handling disputes:
MyRola disputes first handled by the local courts, further in other judicial instances, ending in Commercial Court in San Francisco, California, USA.
C) Arrivals and Accommodation terms
All Scouts and perspective Employees, Workers, and other interested entities arrive at their initial accommodation and/or practical training sites at their own expense, risk and peril as already is the custom with other similar companies that heavily rely on the modern IT reservation and orientation systems in other areas of business activities. Only after that phase completed MyRola system in any country, based on individual needs and also provided further agreements reached with MyRola can any party interested expect further assistance from MyRola in obtaining and providing work visas, accommodation, local daily transportation, and the remittance payment system, and only in case all and any individual and/or entity interested becomes MyRola Scout and/or Worker. This policy enables MyRola to be, based on own previous experiences, relationships, and backgrounds of its owners and management able to provide affordable, efficient and immediate service system that distinguishes MyRola from others similar.

The only official communication is acceptable through the email addresses at the beginning of this document and displayed on MyRola internet site and related official MYRola sites, e.g. https://www.myrola.eu/
